This site is using theme “Sliding Door”, which is made by Wayne.
“SlidingDoor” is a dynamic theme. You can make some titles or images of header like a door and then you can slide that pseudo door.
This theme is a good interface, because you can use it natural -like default condition- or you can improve and modify it -like as you want-.
